The Dynamelt M Series hot melt adhesive supply units (ASU) are computer-controlled hot-melt supply units designed on metric standards. Their control panels, with choice of display languages, provide comparative data of all set points, motors, etc. on a few convenient, comprehensive display screens.

Hot melt adhesive feeders automatically transfers hot melt adhesive from a bulk container to the adhesive supply unit increasing productivity and reducing equipment down time by keeping the adhesive supply unit full of hot melt glue.

ITW Dynatec's Manual Adhesive Applicators are hand-held hot melt adhesive applicators which dispense hot melt adhesive onto a substrate via manual activation of a trigger. The DGII applicators are electrically heated independent of the adhesive supply hose. Temperatures are controlled by the controller at the adhesive supply unit.

Hot melt adhesive supply units (ASUs) require frequent adhesive re-filling. If the operator does not refill the ASU often enough, there can be insufficient time to melt and condition the adhesive. This results in equipment down time and employees waiting untill the hopper temperature returns to setpoint.

Installation of a HF Hopper feeder system reduces all of the above problems. The result is lower repair costs and higher production rates.
